1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Solvo Service Provider applications (both Customer and Provider versions) and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Solvo Service Provider acts as a digital marketplace that connects individuals seeking home services ("Customers") with independent professionals willing to perform those services ("Providers"). We do not directly employ the Providers, nor do we provide the home services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and OTPs you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this platform.

4. Provider Responsibilities

If you are using the Service as a registered Provider, you agree to:

• Deliver services professionally, safely, and in accordance with local industry standards.
• Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required to perform your offered services.
• Not bypass the platform to accept direct payments from Customers introduced through Solvo.

5. Customer Responsibilities

If you are using the Service as a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide a safe and hazard-free environment for the Provider to complete the requested service.
• Ensure accurate descriptions of the work required so Providers can quote and prepare accordingly.
• Process all payments for services rendered exclusively through the Solvo app.

6. Payments and Fees

Customers agree to pay the quoted amount for services requested through the app. Solvo utilizes secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. A platform service fee or commission may be deducted from the Provider's earnings, the details of which are outlined during the Provider registration process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solvo Service Provider serves merely as a connector between Customers and Providers. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services performed, disputes between users, property damage, or personal injury occurring during a service appointment.

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
